My clit isn’t a snob, but I definitely am. I like vibrators with great reviews, where bloggers wax poetic about the rumbly vibrations, the handy size, or the innovative construction.
My clit however, isn’t so discerning. I can get off using some pretty crappy vibes, and I was expecting this ability to come in handy with the Noje W3 Mini Wand. My clit and I were both pleasantly surprised when an orgasm snuck up on me during PIV because of this little thing.
This vibrator does a few of things really well, first of which is the design. It’s the perfect size for my hand. The curve in the handle lets me apply just the right pressure, even during PIV. The bend in the head lets me get broader pressure and vibration. The firm head isn’t so firm as to prevent me from applying pressure, but isn’t squishy enough to dampen the sensations. It has a variety of vibration patterns, but I really love that there are more than three or four steady vibrations that increase in intensity. As a steady vibration lover, I’m always irritated by toys that only have three vibration intensities (I’m looking at you, Tango. Just give me one more!) and appreciate the five intensities that the Noje provides.
However, it does have a couple downsides. The power button is deceptively hard to press, and you have to hold it for a really long time to get it to turn on or off, to the point where I seriously wondered if I had gotten a defective unit! Switching between intensities or patterns doesn’t require as long of a press, but powering on or off definitely does, which can potentially be awkward if you need the vibe to be off like, right now.
And It’s a minor gripe, but a gripe all the same. The charging cord is SO short. It doesn’t reach from the floor where my charging station is to the top of my nightstand. (Also, shoutout to my amazing partner for setting me up with a large power strip and a variety of adaptors to keep my favorite toys charged and at my bedside at all times. Thank you, darling.) Since it’s magnetic, it very easily pops off and won’t stay on if there’s any sort of tug on the cord.
It would also serve you well to run a fingernail around the circumference of the head of the toy, since there are three grooves which collect lube and vag gunk quite easily.
As far as specs go, it’s waterproof, has five speeds and five patterns for a total of ten settings, and is 5.25”x1.25”, which is perfect for throwing in a carry on!
Overall, this is a GREAT toy for traveling, and I’m definitely bringing it to Woodhull alongside my other travel favorites like my Tango and Sliquid sampler packets. It’s not the rumbliest toy, but it’s by no means a buzzy piece of crap either, and I think it’s a great addition to my arsenal. Especially for $35 US, it’s a great value. You can pick one up at Peepshow Toys!
Thanks to Peepshow Toys for sending me this toy in exchange for my honest review!
I went looking for reviews after trying this wand myself, and reread yours! We had similar experiences – it surprised me during PIV with its efficacy. And it’s been good for quick solo use which is good, because sometimes I know orgasms would be good for my brain but lack motivation to use my old standard, a heavier, full sized wand. I’m not looking forward to charging it because of the short cord, good point there. Anyway, great review, and glad you like this one!
